ConviFlex™ DNAmp Mix
ConviFlex™ DNAmp Mix is a lyophilized ready-to-use PCR master mix, which consists of all core components required for PCR amplification, except DNA template and primers.
PCR amplification has become an indispensable method in every molecular biology lab. Usually, the common reaction components (e.g. buffer, dNTPs, MgCl2, and DNA polymerase) are mixed together by lab operators to create a master mix, which is then aliquoted to individual reaction tubes. Reaction-specific primers and template DNA are added prior to PCR, adding further pipetting steps to the procedure, and thus increasing the margin of error, the risk of cross-contaminations and work time. The application of ConviFlex™ DNAmp Mix requires minimal hands-on time and reduces the risk of cross-contaminations due to the minimal number of pipetting steps required to set up the PCR reaction.
Recommended Use / Scope
ConviFlex™ DNAmp Mix is compatible with both conventional PCR and qPCR, and is suitable for all regular PCR applications including PCR assays with complex genomic or cDNA templates, low copy number targets, high specificity PCR, T/A cloning, and multiplex PCR. DNA template can be extracted from diverse starting materials like cell culture supernatants, bacterial colonies, and mammalian cells and tissues.
ConviFlex™ DNAmp Mix is also suitable for PCR amplification using template DNA directly from cell culture supernatants or bacterial suspensions.

Shelf Life and Storage
Lyophilized ConviFlex™ DNAmp Mix and Rehydration Buffer should be stored at 2 – 8 °C. After rehydration, ConviFlex™ DNAmp Mix should be stored at < -18 °C and is stable even after several freeze/thaw cycles.
